How I work
I think in equations: if we build it this way → users behave like this → these metrics change.
I identify bottlenecks wherever they appear—whether it's lender configuration flows slowing implementation times, checkout UX details blocking conversion, freemium activation friction limiting user growth, or payment KYC complexity creating merchant drop-off. Once spotted, I take agency to solve it—building prototypes, securing funding, coordinating across teams, or learning what I need to move it forward. I don't wait when I can act.
I have technical depth (work in Python/JavaScript, understand React/mobile architecture, read JSON, reason about APIs and SDK design, understand cloud platforms) because understanding how things are built helps me know when I can solve something myself vs. when I need specialized help—but my focus is always on what drives outcomes.
